Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

In your checkout process, you will choose the shipping rate you believe is the best fit for you! Cat’s Candles will not ship orders out on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure that nothing gets stuck in a warehouse to melt over the weekend! Most shipping will take up to 1-3 days, but depending on where you are living it can take longer!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet! But hopefully in the future!

What is your return policy? 

Cat’s Candles will not take back candles 10 days after purchasing and receiving your package. If your candle is not performing well after multiple uses then please go to the contact page with any or all questions! We will reach out to you ASAP and go from there!

Broken candles can be replaced as long as there is photo evidence of the incident. All customers are in charge of paying for shipping costs.
